Once you completed the order, please click "order completed" option, the buyer will have 24hrs to confirm it. If buyer confirm receipt or it shows time-out, the system will add corresponding credits to your account balance.
ps: for some special orders such as account, powerleveling, items, the confirm receipt time would be different.
